Competition Terms & Conditions

Competitions are organized by Modern Magazines.

Eligibility:

    1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

    1. Only one entry per person is permitted.

    1. Employees, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements:

    1. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary to participate.

    1. To enter, participants must answer the competition questions correctly and submit their details as specified in the magazine.

    1. Entries submitted after the specified competition closing date will not be accepted.

The Prize:

    1. The prize details will be specified for each competition.

    1. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

    1. If circumstances beyond our control make it necessary, we reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or higher value.

    1. Competitions and prizes are not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party brands unless explicitly stated.

Winner Selection and Notification:

    1. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received.

    1. The decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

    1. Winners will be notified and announced as specified in the competition details.

    1. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity:

    1. By entering the competition, entrants agree that any personal information provided will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and solely for the purpose of administering this competition.

    1. Winners’ names may be published as specified in the competition details, but no other personal information will be disclosed without prior consent.

General:

    1. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.

    1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    1. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
